Verify the IP Address<\/span><\/strong>
\nFirst, make sure you’ve obtained the correct router IP address. You can check the side or bottom of the router for a sticker. The sticker usually clearly indicates the router’s IP address.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the sticker on an older router is blurred or missing, contact the brand’s customer service or your carrier to verify the address.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confirm the unified network.<\/strong><\/span>
\nYour device must be on the same network as the router to access the router backend. You can choose to connect to the router’s WiFi or a wired connection.<\/span>
